The Aluminum Alloy 8079 aluminum strip, with a thickness of 0.15mm and customizable width, is a high-purity aluminum alloy (aluminum ≥99.0%, iron 0.7–1.3%, silicon 0.05–0.3%, trace manganese, copper) in H18 or O temper, featuring a polyethylene (PE) protective film for industrial cable sheathing. This alloy offers superior moisture barrier, excellent formability (elongation ~2–6%), and high tensile strength (~140–180 MPa). The PE film provides mechanical protection during installation, prevents surface scratches, and enhances corrosion resistance in harsh industrial environments.
