Introduction

The 8079-O high-purity aluminum foil with ultra-thin conductive surface treatment (0.015 mm thickness, 700 mm standard width, double-side conductive oxidation + anti-corrosion coating) is the world’s most advanced EMI/RFI shielding material for 5G smartphones, laptops, automotive electronics and medical devices.

  • Alloy 8079-O: purity > 99.99 %, pinhole ≤ 30 pcs/m², elongation > 10 %.

  • Conductive surface: surface resistivity ≤ 5 mΩ/□, shielding effectiveness 60–110 dB (100 MHz–18 GHz), 100 % conductivity maintained after 85 °C/85 % RH 2000 h.

  • Meets RoHS, REACH, IEC 62321, MIL-DTL-24780.
    Result: shielding that blocks 99.999 % electromagnetic interference, replaces copper foil at 1/3 weight, and die-cuts 50 % faster on high-speed lines.
